Hudson Announces Corporate Name, Ticker Symbol Change

NEW YORK, April 27, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Hudson Highland Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:HHGP), a leading global provider of professional recruitment and related talent solutions, today announced that it received stockholders' approval yesterday at its annual meeting to change its corporate name to Hudson Global, Inc. The company's shares will begin trading under its new symbol "HSON" when markets open on Monday, April 30, 2012.
