Mark Carriban is currently Managing Director of Hudson HR and Hudson Legal in the UK & Ireland, while Richard Baker currently heads Hudson UK Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain and International Practices. Both will continue with their current responsibilities until replacements have been confirmed.

Mark will lead the development of Hudson's recruitment and talent management businesses across Asia.

In the new role of Executive Director - Recruitment Services, Richard will lead the execution of Hudson's commercial and operational strategy for the company's permanent recruitment services across Europe. He will be responsible for the refinement of delivery models, new services, customer relationship management, best practice and information sharing. As Chief Commercial Officer, Richard will be responsible for the coordination of commercial and marketing strategy across all services in Europe.
